Return Policy:
At Saepio, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns. Please carefully consider the size, fit, material, and color before placing your order. For detailed information, please refer to the product description.
Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the affected item. Please note that photographic evidence may be required to process your claim.
Exchange Policy: We understand that ordering clothing online can sometimes result in the wrong size or fit. While we do not offer returns for size or fit issues, we are happy to assist you with exchanges for a different size, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team within 36 hours of delivery to arrange your exchange.
Exchange Fee: For all exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of Rs.200 will be charged, which will be taken before dispatching the exchanged item. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.
Conditions (Exchange):
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please ensure that the tags are intact. Exchanges will be accepted only once per order. Any exchange requests beyond this will not be accepted.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your order, we will resolve them through exchanges or other appropriate means.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
